I am not sure that you really do want feedback from your customers. I say this because I have had really bad experiences at my last 2 visits to 2 of your restaurants. First was about 6 months ago in Anaheim. We were seated and the waitress came to give us our napkins and silverware. There was a flying bug above the table, she smashed it against the table and then continued laying out the silverware, eventually walking away leaving the dead bug. We walked out immediately. Then, about a month ago I went to the Lakewood store thinking things would be okay because it is a different location, not so. The food was almost inedible for the majority of us but for my daughter it was totally inedible. We sent it back 3 times and on the 4th when it came back over cooked and rubbery I finally just asked that it be removed from the check (eggs, hashbrowns and biscuits and gravy). I was surprised to find that only half the price of the meal was removed and when I questioned the waitress and even the lead I was told it was because the uneaten biscuit and gravy had not be removed with the rest of the meal. I completed a comment card and requested to be contacted because I took pictures of the 4th plate that came out and I thought someone should see it. Apparently, this is not concerning to the management. That same visit there were 4 of us dining. Just about every bit of food that was brought to the table was left uneaten. The waitress had a terrible attitude and the shift lead wasn't much better. I grew up on Norm's. Many of my family members proudly served for Norm's for many years. It is too bad that it has gone down hill over the years.
